Returns

  • A return can be requested by e-mail within 14 days after delivery. Indicate which article(s) you would like to return. 
  • If your request is approved, you will receive a return number, a return form and the return address. Await our approval and instructions. Returns without a return number and/or return form will not be accepted.
  • Return shipments are at customer's own expense and risk. 

Sale & archive sale articles are not accepted return. 

Non-EU orders can not be returned or exchanged.

Earrings & socks can not be returned for hygienic reasons.

Place a new order and follow the above steps for a return. 


Confirmation upon receipt of return:

We expect a return in perfect condition and check carefully after receipt. 
After approval of your return you will receive a confirmation by e-mail within 14 days. 
You will receive the corresponding refund on the account with which the order was paid.
  

Return articles will not be refunded and/or exchanged if:

- Original brand-, price-  and/or security tags have been removed and/or moved.

- The possible packaging of the article is damaged, and/or is missing and/or is incomplete.

- The article has been worn and/or washed. 

- The article shows traces of wear and/or use.

- The article has spots and/or perfume fragrance and/or other fragrances.

- Shoe soles are damaged.

- The article is damaged and/or you have tried to repair the damage/defect yourself. 

- The prescribed usage- and wash instructions of the article has not been followed.
